Former UFC fighter (roughly eight fights) and jiu-jitsu black belt, originally from New York City, spent about 10 years in Montreal training at Tristar, and had just moved to Austin days earlier. Around two and a half years in stand-up; joked about cauliflower ears and jiu-jitsu being homoerotic. Also got a WWE tryout and was told he was too small. Tony offered him a secret show and Timmy booked him on a Sanjack open mic. Briefly thought he'd won a golden ticket when the band played -- he hadn't.
