He works in video production and hosts a YouTube hobby show called 'Okay's Happy Hour' where he makes cocktails while a friend cooks.

He joked about being intensely shy and having a 'gene' that makes him terrified of black people, despite having black role models like LeVar Burton, a featured performer known for wearing a t-shirt with his Twitter handle (@TamPham) printed on it. He is of Vietnamese descent.
